  • Participants must be at least 16 years old. Older teens 16 & 17 must be accompanied by a parent who is present or participating in a class.

    Please note: Flyfit does not allow spectators in the studio. In order to keep our clients comfortable we ask that you leave your children, friends and other associates at home.

  • Due to equipment regulations, Flyfit must enforce a weight limit. You MUST weigh at least 90 lbs, and you must NOT weigh more than 245 lbs.

    You will be weighed privately in order to customize your bungee station.

    Harnesses and bungee cords will be adjusted to provide proper resistance, and harnesses do come in a variety of sizes.

  • If you suffer from any ailments, please talk to a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program.

    Participants may not have serious medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries, and participants may not be pregnant.

    You will be required to fill out a liability waiver and health summary before you are able to participate.

  • Please wear tennis shoes and workout attire.

    Ladies will want to wear leggings as they provide the most comfort in the bungee. (Tip: Black clothing will hide sweat best.) You’ll also want to wear your hair up off your neck.

    Men, we suggest sweatpants for you.

    We recommend bringing a water bottle and a sweat towel.

  • All beginners or newbies MUST enroll in the Level 1 class. This class establishes proper weight and resistance, harness fitting, common terminology and technique to make sure your bungee fitness class is most successful and fun. After instructor approval, you may level up.

    Bungee Bootcamp is an option after you complete at least one Level 1 class.

    Please note: If you have taken Level 1, and then have not been back to the studio in more than 6 months, you must take another level 1 class as a refresher before moving on to level 2. This eliminates skill frustration and will aid in injury prevention.

  • Classes are 1 hour from start to finish.

    The first 15 minutes of your class are dedicated to sign in, weighing, hooking up bungees and safety checks. Your actual bungee time is 45 minutes for level 1.

    For levels 2-3, we jump right into our bungees and get going.

  • We would like you to arrive 15 minutes early.

    Doors do LOCK 2 mins before class starts.

    Due to safety and fairness to the instructor and the participants, we cannot jump out of the harness to let late arrivals into the studio.

  • There are only 9 bungees available per class. Thus, it is required that you book your session in order to reserve your spot.

  • A class could be cancelled for the following reasons:

    Minimum class size not reached (2 participants), inclement weather or personal emergency.

    Clients will receive notifications via email or text and you will get your pass back.

  • Due to the limit of participants in each class, we ask that clients only register for classes they absolutely plan on attending.

    If you need to cancel, you will do so through the Vagaro App or website.

    You MUST cancel 4 hours in advance to get your pass back. If you have a monthly unlimited pass and do not show to the class you have booked we reserve the right to charge a $10 no show fee.

  • We want everyone to be able to enjoy the fun and benefits from bungee training, however bungee space is limited.

    If a class is full, get on the WAITLIST!! Make sure your notifications are ON, and keep checking back in the app.

    Reminder: Our cancellation policy is within 4 hours of class.
