Low impact means you reduce your impact by up to 70% which makes exercising easier on your joints, all while you get a killer full-body workout. In our bungee fitness classes, we defy gravity, we sweat, we laugh, we FLY and we can burn up to 600 calories while having FUN!!

Restrictions:
90-245 lbs weight requirement for all Bungee classes. *Please be aware that each client is privately weighed, and each station is customized for each individual. Bungee number is initially based on weight but will be evaluated throughout class based on strength and confidence in the bungee! We provide all equipment needed for workout.
Pregnant women are not able to bungee
No current injuries or recent surgeries (must have doctor approval for high intensity exercise after surgery)
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Older teens 16 & 17 must be accompanied by a parent who is present or participating in a class.

Plyometrics – also known as jump training- muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum benefits without the pain and with all the FUN!

Flyfit Bungee takes the science of plyometrics to new heights, with a bungee-assisted, cardio-focused workout. Using body weight and bungees to create resistance and flight! Toning muscles without the damaging impact, creating a fun exciting workout!
